The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.11.2015. 2.

The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against one Mohanraj on the allegation that the counter petitioner has created forged documents and criminally trespassed into petitioner's property and put up construction. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 25.11..2015. Though the complaint has been received by the respondent police and CSR.No.144 of 2015 has been assigned on 26.11.2015, till date no action has been taken. 3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. In view of the submissions made on either side, since a complaint is pending under C.S.R.No.144 of 2015, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2015, which has been assigned C.S.R.No.144 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible. If no prima facie case is made out the respondent is directed to pass an appropriate order on the complaint of the petitioner.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
