PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction directing the second respondent to register the case against the petitioner's elder son Vinothkumar and his wife Imayavalli as per the CSR. No.961 of 2019 dated 22.12.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case against the petitioner's elder son Vinothkumar and his wife Imayavalli as per the CSR No.961 of 2019 dated 22.12.2019.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, he was issued C.S.R.No.961 of 2020. The respondent police conducted the enquiry and the same was also closed. Therefore, this petitioner is not at all required for any enquiry since no complaint is pending.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
