The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.84 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.84 of 2010, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.7 of 2010 dated 15.04.2010.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
