This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners in Crime No.191 of 2019 under the guise of enquiry. 2.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners are the family members of one accused Dinesh and the petitioners are being harassed by the respondent police.

3. If the respondent police wants to conduct any enquiry with the petitioner, summons shall be issued and thereafter, the petitioners shall be called for an enquiry. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be harassed by the respondent police.
