The petitioner made a representation on 18.08.2015 to the respondent no.3 stating that the respondent no.5, who is in no way connected with the property and not being a legal heir of the deceased C.Ramasamy, has been included in the patta as against the other legal heirs. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pending representations dated 03.08.2015 and 18.08.2015 made to the respondent no.3 may be directed to be disposed of. 3.Taking into consideration the submission made, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representations of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
