ORDER

[Order of the court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN.J.,] By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the 4th respondent has encroached upon the land admeasuring to an extent of 1.50 Acres of land in S.No.37 at Pachanampattu village in Uthangarai Taluk.

3. This court, while entertaining the writ petition on 13.07.2017, has directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent has filed his counter and in para-3 it is contended that the petitioner hurriedly filed this petition. According to the 3rd respondent, Form Nos. 6 and 7 have already been issued and steps to evict the encroacher has been initiated in accordance with law. In para 4 it is stated as follows;- "4.It is submitted that this respondent already taken legal steps to evict the encroachments of the 4th respondent as per law and also evicted the said encroachments of the 4th respondent in S.No.37, Odai Poramboke. The prayer of the petitioner has been fulfilled."

4. In the light of the above stand taken by the 3rd respondent, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. This writ petition is , accordingly, closed. No costs. -s/dAssistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar kmk
