Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to construct the additional building for veterinary hospital adjacent to the present Veterinary hospital building in S.No.273/3, Kovilpalayam Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District and forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from in any manner interfering with the possession and use of the land in S.No.73/1 and 73/2, Thungapuram South Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District by Ayyannar Sengamuniyar and Karuppasamy Temple, Thenur Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second and the third respondents. 2.At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 27.10.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second and the third respondents have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 27.10.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 27.10.2014, to the first respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
