O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.59/2020 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police to the 4th respondent or any other competent agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case of the petitioner in Crime No.59/2020 is an hit and run case. He filed a status report of the third respondent which would reveal that the third respondent has closed the FIR as undetected, since no vehicle is found which is involved in the accident. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. Recording the above submissions so made by the learned counsel for the respondent as well as the status report filed by the third respondent, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. The status report filed by the third respondent shall form part and parcel of this Order.
