This Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed seeking to extend three more months time for disposal of the suit as per the order dated 11.02.2022 made in the above Civil Revision Petition passed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the impugned order challenged in this application to examine further witness on behalf of defendants. However, the relief claimed before the trial court was considered and the suit was disposed of. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this Civil Misc. Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
