This petition has been filed to amend the name of the third petitioner as Karnal Thirupathi @ Thirupathi instead of Thirupathi and amend the offence under Sections as 498(A), 294(b), 323, 355, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002, instead of 498(A), 294(b), 323, 355, 506(ii) IPC in Crl.O.P.No.10612/2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
