The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to move appropriate application in the earlier Writ Petition in W.P.No.39169 of 2015, which was also filed for the very same relief sought for in this Writ Petition and was disposed of by this Court by order dated 18.03.2016 and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file appropriate application in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.39169 of 2015, which was disposed of on 18.03.2016. No costs.
