ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent to proceed with proper investigation in connection with the Crime registered as F.I.R. No.39 of 2014 on 09.10.2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Gummidipoondi and file the final report in to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruvottiyur.

2.A complaint has been lodged by this petitioner as against one RanjeethSingh and Pawan Kumar Shukla for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 408 and 420 of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.39 of 2014 as early as on 09.10.2014, till date the final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
