Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent/police not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint give by M/s.Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited having its branch office at No.2/199B, RKS Lakshmi Towers, 1st floor, Palaiyur, Hosur Main Road, Royakottai, Krishnagiri District. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner expect by due process of law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had obtained a loan from M/s.Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited, by using forged RC book and thereafter, he sold the same vehicle to another person, hence, the Management of Shriram Transport Finance Company had lodged a counter complaint. Based on the petitioner's complaint, the respondent/police registered a case and assigned CSR.No.81 of 2021, dated 30.04.2021, thereafter enquiry conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
