The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 11.01.2024 passed in M.C.No.20 of 2021 by the learned Family Court Judge, Cuddalore.

2. Mr.T.Raja, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
