ORDER
[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Sneha, aged 17 years. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to secure his missing minor daughter and produce her before this court.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenu is present. On enquiry, she has stated that she had completed 18 years of age. She has further informed us that she is not willing to go with the petitioner. Therefore, we do not find any illegal custody involved.

3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stand closed, setting the detenu at liberty.
