Mr.C.K.Chandrasekar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondent. By consent of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is a Post Graduate degree holder in Geology and he worked as an Assistant, in a temporary capacity, in the services of the Life Insurance Corporation of India, Sivakasi Branch. He was working there for 71 days. The petitioner would further state that an advertisement was issued in a Daily Newspaper by the respondent Corporation on 22.08.2015 calling for submission of Biodata for the purpose of absorption to the services of the Life Insurance Corporation from the erstwhile employees of the Corporation, in terms of the judgment dated 18.03.2015 made in C.A.Nos.6950 to 6954 of 2009 and 6956 of 2009 passed by the Hon 'ble Supreme Court of India. The petitioner in response to the said advertisement, has submitted his application on 13.08.2015 and it was refused to be received by the respondent. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

3. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.K.Chandrasekar, learned Standing Counsel, who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, permits the petitioner to resend the Application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the respondent, who on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same, in accordance with law after taking note of the above cited judgment dated 18.03.2015 made in C.A.Nos.6950 to 6954 of 2009 and 6956 of 2009 passed by the Hon 'ble Supreme Court of India, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

5. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently the connected MP is closed.
