The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking to quash the case in Crime No.5 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2014 was completed and final report also has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate and the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Vridhachalam has taken the same on its file in C.C.No.157 of 2014.
