ORDER

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the entire amount ordered by the Appellate authority under the GratuityAct has been deposited before the appellate authority and under similar circumstances, this court has also already granted an order dated 24.01.2025 of interim stay in W.P.Nos.2110, 2121 of 2025.

2. Considering the prima facie case has been made out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be an order of interim stay as prayed for.
