O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to give sufficient police protection to the petitioner's life and property measuring a total extent of 3 acre 11 cents, comprised in various survey numbers in S.No.326/6A, S.No.325/21, S.No.326/5A and S.No.326/5C situated in Kadambur Village, since the private respondent is interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have filed a suit in O.S.No.220 of 2018 before the District Munsif's Court, Jayankondam, and they have also filed an application seeking for interim injunction. He would further submit that, based on the outcome of the orders to be passed by the Civil Court, appropriate action will be taken by the respondents.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed. No costs.
