ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.06.2013. 2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 22.06.2013 against his wife Sneha on the allegation that she did not take care of their children and his aged parents properly. It is further alleged that when the petitioner questioned the attitude of his wife, she threatened the petitioner that she would commit suicide. Till date no action was taken by the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondents-Police, after conducting an enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed the complaint given by the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court. 4.Since the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed and the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if so desires.
