2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the matter has been posted on 21.02.2017 before the Trial Court for fixing a date for trial.

day to day basis and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
