the second respondent in connection with the order dated 17.08.2015 in reference No6.Pu/Regr/2015-16/58 and quash the same and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Vice-Chancellor (in-charge) to Pondicherry University till the regular Vice-chancellor is appointed in accordance with Pondicherry University Act, 1985 and the Statutes of University. Prayer in WP No. 129 of 2016:- Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the order dated 21.08.2015 in his proceedings No.39-2/2015-Desk(U) and quash the same.
