This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.277 of 2003 on the file of District Munisif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.278 of 2010 and also the trial Court has passed an order on 16.05.2011. Therefore, this petition filed by the petitioner may be closed as infructuous.
