The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a complaint dated 07.07.2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kilpauk Police Station, Kilpauk, Chennai.
2. The petitioner has given a complaint against his daughter-in-law. Since no action has been taken so far on the said complaint, he has come forward with the present petition.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.95/2013 was assigned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and enquiry was conducted on the complaint and the same was closed. He has also produced the closure report.
4. Since, already the complaint given by the petitioner was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
