2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the second respondent-Insurance Compnay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 787 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.61757 of 2022 is condoned subject to the condition that for the period of delay of 787 days, the petitioner will not be entitled to interest and the petition is allowed.
