Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the proceedings of 2nd respondents vide No.2094/A3/2014 dated 11.09.2014 and quash the same consequently direct the 3rd respondent to continue the petitioner in the college of the 3rd respondent till the petitioner completes his BL degree course pursuant to the representation dated 04.11.2014 given to 2nd and 3rd respondents.

When the case was taken up for consideration on 22.02.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., on 26.02.2018, under the caption "for dismissal".

2.Today, when the petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal" and is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready and sought time.

3.However, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter, as it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents, that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous. 4.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
