Heard Mr.S.Arokiamaniraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s.S.Buvaneswari, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent and Mr.Arunkarthik Mohan, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner is said to have appointed as Principal in the 2nd respondent College has resigned his post on 07.02.2020 and the same was intimated to the 1st respondent. Thereafter, he made representations dated 17.02.2020 and 22.04.2020 to the 1st respondent to issue experience certificate, relieving order, payment of arrears of salary for 13 months and remove his name from the University Website, but so far no action has been taken by him.

When the petitioner has submitted his resignation, it is for the respondents to either accept or pass any orders. The petitioner has also given representations to the 1st respondent to issue experience certificate, relieving order, payment of arrears of salary for 13 months and remove his name from the University Website and that was also not considered so far. 2/4
Hence, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 17.02.2020, 22.04.2020 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and this Writ Petition is disposed accordingly.
