ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A7 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 394 of IPC in Crime No. 373 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 11.12.2021 at about 6.00 p.m. the respondent police SHO on duty received a complaint from the de-facto complainant alleging that on 10.12.2021 during midnight, while the de-facto complainant and his family members were on deep sleep they heard door knocking noise. They found 3 unknown persons requesting for drinking water stating that accident had occurred and then immediately they started threatening the de-facto complainant and tried to rob them. On hearing continuous barking of dogs, the 3 unknown persons ran away from the spot. Hence, the complaint.

3. That apart, the petitioner herein is having three previous cases of similar nature.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
