ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.77 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was transporting two units of gravel sand by using a tipper lorry. Hence, the complaint was registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7954 of 2019 dated 25.03.2019 , but the petitioner could not produce the sureties before the Concerned Court within the time limit. Hence this petition.

5.In view of the above, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7954 of 2019 dated 25.03.2019. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
