2. Recording the said submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out its remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
