When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the letter submitted by the petitioner has already been considered by the first respondent vide proceedings dated 01.06.2023 and hence, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

2. Recording the said submission of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out its remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
