ORDER

This petition has been filed to to direct the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri to number the Unnumbered Crl.M.P.Sr.No.2470 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.492 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.5 of 2022 on its file and consequently to extend the time to execute the bond with sureties as per order dated 13.04.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.492 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.5 of 2022 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as a lorry driver commuting to northern states and therefore, he was unable to execute the sureties within the time imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri vide order dated 13.04.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.492 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.5 of 2022. He, therefore, prayed this Court to extend time to execute the bond with sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, ten (10) days time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 13.04.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.492 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.5 of 2022 from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. No costs.
