Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the learned counsel for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though as early as on 13.07.2015, she requested for furnishing the copies of documents referred to in the Memorandum of the third respondent dated 09.07.2015,those documents have not been furnished and though very many reminders have been sent by the petitioner, no proper response is forthcoming and hence the petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition.

3. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, hereby directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2014 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. It is made clear that till such time, the respondents are directed to defer any further decision on the memorandum dated 09.07.2015.
5. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently the connected MPs are closed.
