A.No.2280 of 2022 in C.S. (Comm. Div) No.23 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J This application is filed to seek permission to exhibit photocopies of four documents which are listed in the affidavit in support of this application.

2. The applicant states that the originals of these documents could not be found in spite of diligently searching for the same. The present application is filed in the above said facts and circumstances.

3. Upon considering the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of this application, this application is allowed. The probative value of these documents, will, however, be decided at the time of final disposal.

4.Post before the learned Additional Master III on 27.06.2022 for recording ex parte evidence of PW1. Such evidence shall be recorded on or before 01.07.2022.

List before this Court on 15.07.2022.
