ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.178 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused was found in possession of 2 kilograms of Ganja.
3. Considering the quantity of the contraband involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner.
