O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to investigate the complaint dated 15.05.2019 under the procedure set out under Section 8(1) (d) of the Central Vigilance Commission Act, 2003, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the Director, Central Vigilance Commission by his office memorandum No. 019/FNC/014-425194 dated 09.07.2019 has directed to investigate the compliant dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.05.2019 filed by the Petitioner and send the investigation report along with specific comments/recommendation of the department within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that letter. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. No costs.
