Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's daughter, R.Surya, has been given admission in the third respondent / School, last week.

2. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
