ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Chennai to complete the trial of C.C.No.6644 of 2018 as a summary case under Section 143 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 (as Amended) within a stipulated time.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case is pending from the year 2018 and the petitioner is unable to get any justice due to the non execution of bailable warrant issued against the accused.

3. In such view of the matter, the learned Magistrate is directed to see that the warrant issued against the accused is executed by giving directions to the concerned officials and expedite the trial and dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
