The writ petitioner was removed from service on 29.12.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the appeal preferred by the writ petitioner on 25.02.2016 and pass final order.
2. Therefore, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits, is inclined to issue such a direction, as pleaded.
3. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner on 25.02.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
