Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of final orders made in O.P.No.439 of 2019 on 10.12.2019.

2. In the light of the aforesaid order in the Original Petition, it is submitted that respondent herein will not interfere with the possession of applicant qua demised property, till the conclusion of Mediation proceedings. To be noted, demised property is set out in the schedule to Judge's Summons.

3. This is recorded and this application is disposed of as closed.
