By the representation dated 16.07.2015, the petitioner sought for separate patta as against his two brothers for the property situated in Survey No.48, Plot Nos.30 and 31, No.1, G.K.Mopanar Salai, 3rd cross street, Srinivasa Nagar, Pudhu Perungalathur, Peerkankaranai, Chennai - 600 063. Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed by him.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as other private parties, including his brothers.
