A.No.1824 of 2026 in O.P.No.348 of 2025 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J This application has been filed for grant of interim custody of the minor child Sai Vihaan aged 5 years to the applicant father for 10 days from the afternoon of May 16th Saturday to May 27th Wednesday during summer school vacation.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that this application has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the endorsement made, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
