Heard Mr.V.Prakash, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the second respondent vide reference No.4618/P1/TNGTC(VPM) Kanchee / 2015 dated 15.09.2015, transferring him from Kancheepuram to Uthukottai. 3.

Though the petitioner has challenged the order transferring him from Kancheepuram to Uthukottai, when the matter was taken up, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had availed medical leave and his case can be considered sympathetically by the respondents. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, subject to the availability of the post, the petitioner can be accommodated at Chengalpet. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner also accepted the proposal of the learned counsel for the respondent. 4.

The submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner's case will be considered by the respondents is placed on record.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition stands disposed of by recording submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner's case will be considered by the respondent-management.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
