Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take immediate follow up action on the petitioner's complaint petition dated 12.04.2016 submitted with reference to the registration of bogus and false deeds in respect of the agricultural lands comprised in S.Nos.359/2, 369 and 372/1 situated at Chithrauthanpalayam Village, Dharapuram Town and Taluk, Erode District, now Tirupur District, measuring to an extent of 2.64.0 hectares, 3.53.5 hectares and 2.12.0 hectares respectively within the time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Though the prayer sought for in this writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2016 with regard to the registration of certain documents by the private respondents, this Court is of the view that the actual dispute between the parties is purely a civil dispute which has to be agitated only before the Civil Court by filing appropriate suit. Without doing so, filing the present writ petition cannot be entertained. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court and file appropriate suit. No costs.
