The petitioner made a representation on 04.06.2014 stating that he has purchased the property situated in Old Door No.27, New Door No.57, Vadamalai Street, Purasawakkam, Chennai-7 vide Document No.375/13 and hence, patta has to be given for the above said property. Pursuant to the same, the respondent has asked for the particulars from the Tahsildar, Perambur Circle to forward the records pertaining to the sub division, as seen from the proceedings dated 03.07.2014. As no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
