This petition has been filed to call for the records pending on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.5459 of 2013 and quash the Criminal proceeding.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / complainant has submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has been amicably settled and he has no objection to quash the complaint.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the complaint in C.C.No.5459 of 2013, on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai is quashed. The petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
