PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent from interfering the petitioner's land in S.No.253/7A, 310/7A & 382/7 situated at A.T.Ponparappi, Senthurai Sub Registration Office, Senthurai Taluk and Ariyalur District.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent from interfering the petitioner's land in S.No.253/7A, 310/7A & 382/7 situated at A.T.Ponparappi, Senthurai Sub Registration Office, Senthurai Taluk and Ariyalur District.

2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit that there is a civil dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending between the parties and during enquiry, both sides have agreed to come up with a compromise. However, they filed this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any direction. However, if it is found to be civil dispute, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
