This Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.P.B.Balaji, Advocate for the applicant herein, and upon reading the Judges summons and the Affidavit of K.P.Venkatachalam filed herein, the court made the following order: This Court, Vide order dated 05.08.2021, has directed the applicant/plaintiff to effect paper publication in a Tamil Daily 'Dhina Thanthi' having circulation in Guduvancherry, where the third defendant is stated to have lived, indicating the date of hearing as 13.09.2021.
2. Today, when the matter is posted for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that 'Dhina Thanthi' is very expensive and 'Dhina Mani' the Tamil Daily also has got substantial circulation in the said area, whose charges are about 50% less than what "Dhina Thanthi' charges and hence, seeks leave of the Court to extend the time further.
3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant/ plaintiff, this Court extends the time for paper publication. Accordingly, the applicant/plaintiff is directed to effect paper publication in Tamil Daily 'Dhina Mani' having wide circulation in the area where the third defendant is known to
reside, on or before 24.09.2021, indicating the date of hearing as 04.10.2021.
4. Post the matter on 04.10.2021.
