Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of the order to comply with the orders of this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.8559 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 06.05.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions while granting anticipatory bail.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions vide order dated 06.052021 made in Crl.O.P.NO.8559 of 2021. All other conditions remain unaltered.
