Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel on record for appellant submits that the captioned matter has become infructuous as compromise final decree has been made in main suit i.e., C.S.No.186 of 2019, saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

3. While preparing the order and decree, Registry to not to show the name of Ms.Dakshayani Reddy for R1 as learned counsel has since been designated as Senior Advocate by this Court.

Captioned Original Side Appeal (which arises out of an interim order in a suit) and Civil Miscellaneous Petition disposed of as closed / withdrawn in the wake of compromise final decree in the main suit. There shall be no order as to costs.
