This Writ Petition is filed seeking for Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3647/B3/2013 dated 10.12.2014 passed by the third respondent and to direct the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 09.06.2011, 01.09.2012 and 21.10.2013 for grant of scale of pay of secondary grade teacher from May 1978.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents is present. Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". Page No.2 of 4
Even on an earlier occasion there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this case any more and hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Costs made easy.
